Inspection Services

Services offered

Buyer’s Pre-Purchase Home Inspection
An inspection and test of all the major systems & components in a home being considered for purchase.

Seller’s Pre-Listing Home Inspection
An inspection of your existing home before listing can help you sell easier, faster, and more profitably by addressing any major issues on the front end, rather than in the negotiation process.

New Construction Inspection
When buying a new home, don’t overlook the value of having an independent inspection performed to validate the condition and performance of the home’s components prior to taking ownership.

1-Year Warranty Inspection
Builders offer a 1-year warranty on major systems and components. A check-out of these systems prior to the expiration of the warranty can potentially save you the cost of future repairs or maintenance.

Maintenance Inspection
Owning a home is a responsibility and, in the middle of busy lives, it can be easy to overlook the condition and repair needs of our homes. A maintenance inspection can help you identify concerns with your home and prioritize improvements.

What does an inspection include?
